It is interesting that price cuts are clearly visible in the Westland, prices in Rijswijk reasonably stable and what concerns average price Delft and Zoetermeer is very similar.
From lines we can say that virtually every municipality increases the offer, but e.g. in Pijnacker-Nootdorp the offer is not increasing as strong as comparing to surrounding communities.
A quick conclusion: it seems that in general the offer is stable, the price cuts are also limited. Pijnacker-Nootdorp is a good example of that.
