How to replace screen on Samsung Galaxy S10?
Important tips:
- The screen can be sold already glued with a frame. This is the easiest option for home replacement. Super AMOLED G975F LCD with frame for Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus – €165.35 ($194.33)
- Apply heating until the surface is 80°C.
- Don't detach wireless charger from bottom plastic cover: top and bottom plastic parts can be removed together (How to repair Galaxy S10 screen).
- Use a flat screwdriver to detach the headphone, probably heat it from the side of the glass. Mind that it can be accidentally fall into two parts.
- Don't forget to transfer the gasket for the front camera (Samsung Galaxy S10 screen replacement).
- Apply alcohol at the bottom of accumulator before removing it. Removing it will probably require the metal tool (although not advised as may damage the accu), as plastic tools bend and crack.
- Test the phone before gluing back the back glass.
- Mind that SIM tray also has a color that probably has to fit the frame color.
- Mind grounding to avoid damaging the electronics.
